If you have received an item and for whatever reason you would like to return it, please ensure you return the goods in their original condition within 14 days of them arriving with you. The returned goods are your responsibility until they are delivered to our returns department. For your protection, we recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. Upon receipt of the returned product and confirmation that the item is in it’s original state,we will refund your postage and refund you the cost of the product.
In the event that you received the product damaged for whatever reason, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number and a detailed explanation of the issue, and where possible, please provide a photograph to help us process your query quickly. We will then reply to you as soon as we can and will tell you what to do next. Do not send the product back until you have heard from us directly.
