If you have received an item and for whatever reason you would like to return it, please ensure you return the goods in their original condition within 14 days of them arriving with you. The returned goods are your responsibility until they are delivered to our returns department. For your protection, we recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. Upon receipt of the returned product and confirmation that the item is in it’s original state,we will refund your postage and refund you the cost of the product.

Damaged Goods

In the event that you received the product damaged for whatever reason, please email [email protected] with your name, order number and a detailed explanation of the issue, and where possible, please provide a photograph to help us process your query quickly. We will then reply to you as soon as we can and will tell you what to do next. Do not send the product back until you have heard from us directly.

Delivery and Shipping

TLM U.K. LTD maintains full ownership of the products until full payment has been obtained.
Your order delivery time will be dependent on which country you are in.

UK Orders

Standard UK Orders will be processed and dispatched within 48hours via Royal Mail. Standard UK deliveries take approx. 2-3 working days.

UK Signed For Delivery

Standard UK Signed For Orders will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours via Royal Mail. Deliveries take approx. 2-3 working days. The signed for delivery service offers you the option to track your item/s.

EU Orders

All EU orders placed will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours via Royal Mail. European deliveries are completed on average within 6-10 working days. Please be aware that TLM U.K. LTD have no control over any delays, loss or damage caused by Customs, should delays arise due to this, TLM U.K. LTD are not responsible.

Worldwide Orders

All International orders placed will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours via Royal Mail.
International delivery times vary depending upon destination and any potential hold ups via customs. Please be aware that if any hold ups, loss damage or delays are caused by customs TLM U.K. are not responsible.
